About the company: 

We are a mix of ownership and property management company. We started operating in 2017. We work with short (less than 28 days), mid term (between 28 days - 1 year) and long term (> 1 year) rents. The minimum stay will depend of the property in question. 

We have units located in the states of: 

• Georgia with majority of our buildings in the Atlanta MSA (Metro Service Area) Region 

• Texas with majority of our buildings in Austin MSA

• South Carolina with majority of our buildings in Rock Hill.

Our units are a mix of  Single Family Homes, Duplexes and Quad's. We have furnished and unfurnished units. 

Buildings/Units:

Buildings: 26 buildings 

Units: 44 units.   

Furnished/Un-furnished:

Furnished: 29 Furnished Units

Un-Furnished: 15 un-furnished units

The unfurnished ones are normally rented for long term clients who wants to bring their own furniture but we can furnish it upon request in about a week.

5 Beds - 3

We have an average of 2 bedrooms (3 - 1 bed; 21 - 2 beds; 8 - 3 beds; 9 - 4 beds; 3 - 5 beds).

We do have a person/partner available 24/7 for each building.

What is our Housekeeping Service Policy?

Weekly housekeeping

What are our Pet Policy and Fee (if applicable)

Pets - pre approval required. $500/pet/month. 1 month rent as security deposit.  $500 move out fee

Are our apartments serviced at least weekly?

Yes, we can surely service them weekly for a fee.

Do you work with agencies at all?

Yes, we do.

Do we provide commission able rates? 

Yes, let us know what commission is required and we can add that up

What are our Cancellation and Early Termination Policies for the properties?

30 days cancellation, 30 days termination

Do we provide 30 day payment terms from the date of check in?

Rents are paid in advance

Are the unfurnished units for sale?

No. The unfurnished units are not for sale. Renters would have to bring their own furniture. 

Does Colony refer units from its partners?

Yes, we do. It is a partnership and the referral is mutual.
